Created by the french Raphaël Bernier, Downtown Paris Records Ltd is an independent label resident in England but working from Paris (France). This label is born from the love of the « ghetto » music, like reggae and the music's styles influenced by it (Dancehall, Ragga) and from rap and his hip-hop culture.
